Tier 1

The tier 1 heroic stat (slot 5) augments can be purchased from a merchant in The Overthere (RoS) for 500 Bathezid Trade Gems.

The tier 1 heroic stat (slot 5) augments are not lore, so you can equip more than one of the same augment.

Purity Augments (Slot 13,14)

RoS continues using the purity augment originally added in EoK.

Power sources are powered by purity augments (slot 13,14).

The RoS/TBL power sources drop from rare spawns.

The RoS/TBL power sources can also be purchased from a mysterious presence (Overseer Merchant) in Plane of Knowledge for 10000 Overseer Tetradrachms.
