(O) Go inside "The Sea Anvil" in Hammerhead Lagoon and talk to the Captain for the unlock.

(O) 5k, 23k. Unlocked by visiting encampment near Wetfang on the beach near a large partial skeleton and some lizards. You literally just have to walk onto the beach.

Nurgling

Get it Off Your Chest
53k, 49k. There is a Nurgling unlock in the SE area where a patch of road is littered with dead dwarf bodies and vultures eating them. It is N of a dwarf camp with quest givers and an organ gun. If you are on the N side of the vultures on the road, just NE down the cliff off the road is a Festering Corpse. Search the body and a couple nurglings pop out along with getting the unlock. NOTE: The corpse is on the ground next to a tree. Just go to the middle of the vultures and walk off the cliff/hill edge and you'll find the dwarf body.

35k ,48k. On the HE side of the mt near the double gates in the middle of the map is a book called Book of Innocence. A non aggro mob called Kelthera Darklust sits beside it. Click on the book and the mob turns into the lvl 20 Fiend of Slaanesh and attacks you. Receiving the title without killing the mob has been confirmed, but she's not difficult and it's a good opportunity to get the 'Encounter' unlock.

(O) On the opposite side of the mt range SE of Alcadizaar's Tomb (Center PvP Objective) is an NPC slumped against a rock. He's partially obscured by a large rock on one side and the edge of the mt/hillock on the other side. His name is Acolyte Scherer. Inspecting him grants you the title. You may have to kill a ghoul before you will get the unlock. (D) 31k, 10.5k. Talk to a goblin called Noglik.You may have to kill a ghoul before you will get the unlock.

55k, 60k. Engage the giant Thrags and get critically hit by him. Take off your initiative gear before trying this. You don't have to defeat him to get the unlock. He may be on a long repop.
As a bonus, keep your eyes out for a gold nugget sitting on the ground on your way to this mob. It gives a quest for some nice free xp.

(D) 21.5k, 29k or 31k, 46k or 39k, 40k. Kill Heartraker, a Lv17 champion. In the Empire Ch8 town, follow the mts to a champ bat in the trees. It was sort of in the middle of the road between the town and the tower W of it. NOTE: Mob wanders, but will rest at the above locations.

Meat for the Beast
21k, 36k. Downhill from the Gor PQ, towards the NW is another small group of Gors and a named NPC who you have to kill for an (O) quest. You'll be near when you see Gashthorn Beastmen instead of Blackmire Beastmen. Just S of them by a tree is a Witchhunter corpse lying between two trees just at the river. Right clicking on it gives you the unlock.

Thin the Herd
(D) 17k, 11k. Kill Darkhorn Gors. Then head to Felde and talk to the Kill Collector named Gottfried Holz. When you kill enough, you get the unlock. (O) 20k, 37.5k. Go to the Gashthorn Gor camp. Talk to the Kill Collector named Droki Greybeard in Bohsenfels (Ch8 camp). He talks about his friend killing 50 of them, daring you to beat that number, I killed 52 and received the unlock after going back to him.

48.5k, 32k. Kill a champ named Plague Feaster. There's a Basket of Fish that needs to be clicked to spawn the NPC if he isn't there. He's about straight up N of Wolfenburg past the bridge you see NW of Wolvenburg. He wanders along the water in an open area.

The Colors of Horror
43k, 52k. Kill the Purple Horror, near Wolfenburg in the court with all the horrors. He's actually blue. Spawn time is long and long and long. It's actually bugged. He is spawned by killing the Blue and Red horrors in the area. However, this will only work in the first few spawn-cycles. In other words, you can only expect to get him to spawn after a server reset or on an extremely low population server.

30k, 18k. Go to Gerstman's Crypt and slaughter Boneshard Minions. One of them will drop a Faded Scroll that will bind to you, right click it to examine it and you've got the unlock.

48k, 18k. Kill Halman Meusmann. Best description I can give is follow the road S from Kaussner's Garrison till you see the first bridge. Cross it and close by should be a small camp with skeletons and 2 champ undead, near a camp with bandits which connects to the water. At the skeleton camp is a named normal mob. Kill it.

(O) Start by getting a wedding band off of the Corpse of Jekil Behn in Wolfenberg @ 48.5k, 57.5k, behind a house near where the land slopes down to the river. The ring goes in your regular, not quest, inventory. Then, all the way SE there are graves near the catacombs. Go to Hilde Behn's gravestone. Click on her as you would a quest mob to complete the task. If she isn't up, click on her gravestone and she should pop.

2.5k, 3.5k or 32.5k, 1.5k or 36.5k, 3.5k. Heathgut Trolls drop Troll's Dinner. Examine the item to get the unlock.Drop rate has been nerfed, so get ready for a lot of farming. These trolls are in the RvR lake, so if you are over level 21, you will be chickened. Drop also found off Mudbelly Trolls in BADLANDS.

Or, try this:
(O) 20k, 23k or 19k, 26k or 11.5k, 22.5k. Kill Warhawk Maulers for Warhawk Feathers. When you get five you get the unlock. Drops are not 100% so keep on killing. NOTE: Confirmed that killing the Bird with no feathers also got the Unlock. When killing him the first time with feathers: no unlock. Confirmed gathering 3 feathers may also provide the unlock. Confirmed unlock from killing Skyherald Warhawk at 24k,22k. (D) See entry in BLIGHTED ISLE above.

(O) Directly SW of Ruins of Anlec (DE Ch5) there are a few sprites with a random Dark Elf sorceress. Kill these to loot Sparkling Sprite Remains and right click them to get the unlock. Low drop rate and a slow spawn. Hooray! Reward

Go N of the monster's habitat to the Griffon Outpost PQ. Wandering around here should get it for you. If it doesn't, then near The Blighted Farm PQ (on a cliff above the Griffon Camp) I fell off the SE face of the cliff, into the camp. While falling I got the unlock. Can also be unlocked at 57.1k, 35.3k by walking into the entry of the Griffon Outpost PQ.
