Speak to Overseer Clackwhinge at 1176, 12, 1281 Copy in the Tranquil Sea to begin this quest.

1. Go back to the mage tower and pick up 10 papers. Known locations:
• 906, 8, 1383 Copy (center of tower)
• 886, 58, 1376 Copy (top of tower, two pages)
• 914, 41, 1362 Copy (upper tower, two pages)
• 917, 41, 1371 Copy (upper tower)
• 911, 86, 1370 Copy (above the tower)
• 890, 71, 1397 Copy (above the tower)
• 892, 71, 1404 Copy (above the tower)
• 928, 84, 1394 Copy (above the tower, two pages)
2. Zone into the cellar of the tower and click the bookshelf to recover more research
3. Return to Clackwhinge to complete the quest
