Tempest Rising World Event 10/18/12 to 02/26/13

Speak to Queen Miela outside the Chancel of Labors in Iron Pine Peak to begin this quest. You must first complete Emissary to the Ice Watch.

• Find and uncover 5 Crucian Sympathizers in your capitol city. Use the "Force Cage" item on NPCs in the city that have a blue glow on them. Make sure you check inside buildings!

This quest rewards experience and coin. It can be completed during the Tempest Rising event.

The quest Silence the Whispers should now open up.
